Did Google remove text expansion (personal dictionary incl. shortcuts) from their keyboard app?

Google keyboard v4.1.22063 + Samsung S5 Android 5.0:

Did Google remove the text expansion feature i.e. the personal dictionary with shortcuts from their keyboard app?

I don't find it anymore. I used this feature very often.
