I went to recovery and did a full wipe, but realized i forgot to copy the ROM to my sd card so was not able to install it. I mistakenly turned off my phone and when i turned it back on i was stuck on the white HTC screen and can't do anything. Is there anything I can do?

Can you boot into the bootloader?
If yes, can you boot into recovery?
If yes, download the fullwipe zip and whatever ROM you want from xda.
Once complete, load onto your SD card and boot into recovery.
Flash the full wipe. Then flash the ROM.

I have never tried it this way but it seems logical that this method should work. It's all dependent on getting into CWM from the bootloader. If you can't get into recovery then you might need to flash the RUU then re-root. Again, I've never had to do it this way so proceed at your own risk and good luck.
