So I got the Note 7, then received an S7 Edge loaner, of which I signed a new EIP. I then got my "good" Note 7 and returned by loaner and after the 2nd recall, I took my Note 7 back after I received my V20.

This is what my account has looked like since.

mine looked like that last month and then when my latest Bill hit it went down to negative $400.

This isn't free money... it's the way T-Mobile does it's billing. When the EIP cancellation hits your account it will offset the negative balance.

My tmobile bill reads 1,004 due on the 6 th of November!.. I am on jod and I lease my phone.. I contacted tmobile and I was told to pay my regular bill, this is due to the return of my note 7, and I replaced it with the 7 s edge... Tmobile stated they need to update my account, and this will be processed on my next billing cycle.

Yeah...my t-mobile account is negative almost $2600. I'm guessing that will clear up on this next bill cycle, but it was nice to see that big a credit for a bit.

$2,600 negative? How many lines do you have on your account. I think the highest mind got was -700 some I had three lines and I've only had to do returns with two of those lines the notes of course and one of my son's S6 phones

I thought they had messed up too. Was extremely happy but I called and they said that will offset the price of the note in a few weeks

I have three lines total. Had to do nite returns on all lines plus the loaner phone I had. I know, it's crazy how the bill is.

I had to call customer support as they shorted me on my refund for my Note 7. Make sure you guys are doing the math.

I think it is very wrong of tmobile to do thus. So unprofessional. They messed mine up several times. Im leaving them. If they cant get a bill correct i wont stay. Shame on them.

My account has been in the negative since October. I keep calling/chatting with Customer care and they are telling me I don't owe anything. Any update on yours? I'm still sitting at -354. It does seem to go down every billing cycle.

Mine was that way then I was hit with a $400 plus Bill. This month was finally almost normal but they have to make a few corrections. I've had a lot of changes on my account but I keep track and make sure they correct stuff if needed. Be very wary of that negative balance

Mine was like that as well when I returned my 2nd Note 7 after the recall. It showed a $900+ credit, I phoned in and spoke to a rep and she said it would be wonky for 1-2 billing cycles before it sorted itself out. She said I didn't need to pay anything but if I went that route to expect a large corrected bill down the road for months of service not paid for. Weird thing is I've now done two billing cycles and I'm still showing a credit of $146. I'll keep doing my normal payment but if it isn't gone in another billing cycle or two then I'm assuming it is an actual credit of some sort. I went from the original Note 7 which I pre-ordered to S7 loaner to replacement Note 7 to finally the S7 Edge.
