I went for the 32GB, because $50 is a small price to pay to not have to worry about running out for myself.

My music is in Spotify, which T-Mobile streams for free and my photos are backed up to both iCloud and Google Photos (because you can't be too careful). Either way, still would rather have the storage than miss it later.

Plusssss...resale value is always better on higher storage models.
