Pretty excited... Went to work this morning and asked if I could price match since none of our local RS' had them in stock and they agreed!!! Nice 50 bucks back in my pocket... Paid for my Otterbox.
No hassle other than the worker not knowing how to process the return and price match. An hour later I had my money. Best buy said they don't price match free items so they charged me 1.07.

They dont? Well I have a receipt here for two phones that says otherwise. Maybe it is because I did it at the time of the sale and not afterward but I had no issue getting two phones at completely free after showing them the add. He just had to show my add to someone to get approval and process the sale.

Yeah, when they ring it up to give you the refund, they work off your old receipt. When it asks for the new price, the system is not able to accept a zero price. The general manager of the store had to tell the associate because she didn't know how to do it.

The register accepts a 0 price... However the company does not like to see it completely marked down to nothing. It should have been .01 out instead of whatever...
They did mine yesterday and I had them take it to a penny just for the fun of it... It depends on how the system is acting that day, and how the person behind the counter wants to take the price match...

Yes I know. When a phone is sold for $0.00 the retailer has to pay the state the sales tax on the full retail value of the Phone $500+ but when a phone is sold for a penny or $0.97 then they need only. Collect sales tax on that. There goes the commission! :-(
Here in Cali, we pay sales tax on the full retail value of the phone, regardless of what the actual price we're being charged for said phone.
if your return your phone to an AT&T store, you would pay a $35 restocking fee. You wont pay the ETF, that is only if you cancel service after your 30 day "trial" is up.
I bought Atrix 2 yesterday for 50 plus tax from Best Buy, Can I still get the price match? Is the Radio shack deal still on?
I got mines for .99 @ BB on black Friday. I've been immersed in android awsomeness ever since...
I got mine from AT&T for $99 and I'm loving it glad I made the jump......

I don't know if Radio Shack is still running their promotion, but Target is running one now for a free Atrix2. I had to go into the BestBuy store for the credit and price match, they said they couldn't do it over the phone, but it was still worth it to save 50 bucks.

Radioshack is offering it for free, I just got my price match from Best Buy. Sweet
Yeah, I saw that in the paper yesterday, but I hadn't had a chance to post it yet. I'm glad you were able to take take advantage of this, especially during this season!
Best part, Tax was also returned, so its literally for free, (Actually1 cent because BB dont have anything for free.)
