I was curious if I could trade in my S10. Went to Samsung.ca and entered my info... And my device was ineligible.

My S10+ is getting traded in to Samsung USA. Bummer you can't trade in your S10 to Samsung Canada.

Maybe Samsung Canada has different regulations. Ugh. I'll try again later. It was moreso out of curiosity but I am considering my future device anyway, it just sucks if it won't work! Those colours are so tempting.

Who is offering $800 for a Note 10? Samsung site is offering $500 for Note 10 5g, $425 for Note 10+

It depends for some versions they are offering more than the other. You get maximum trade in value if you buy S22 Ultra. Even when buying Ultra you might get better trade in based on which version. For example if you buy unlocked you get $700 for S21 Ultra but if you buy T-Mobile version you get $800 as an example. So there are lots of variations in trade in value based on which phone and variant you buy.
