didn't get lollipop yet

Today I just booted up my n5 for the first time since the Ind if october when I got it and to my surprise there is no lollipop update waiting. It says that the system is up to date on kk 4.4.4. Anyone know what's up? I think they pulled all the lollipop updates.

They didn't pull the update, I went back to Kitkat 4.4.4 the other day for ****s and giggles and was promptly notified about an upgrade for Lollipop. You probably have to be on 4.4.4 to get the notification, don't hold me to that but just an idea.

The updates go out in batches, not to all phones at once. If your phone isn't in an update batch yet, you won't get any notice yet. If it is, and you downgrade, you'll get an almost immediate update notice.

I realize that the update goes out in batches so to speak, but I thought all the n5's had the update by now. Also on my n7 I had the update for 5.0.1 waiting on the notification bar for several days as I was reluctant to install it then one day it just disappeared! It Hasn't come back since (4 or 5 days ago) this is why I think they have pulled the update to work on a fix or something. I'm pretty sure this is the case.

Not all Nexus 5 have Lollipop yet, brosko. I'm still waiting patiently.
