Difference between GS3 Models?

Okay, so I am looking for a complete LCD screen and Digitizer replacement and have found some however, there is a genuine one for i9300 and on some other descriptions for i9300 models, it says they are compatible with i747 and they look very similar however, are they actually compatible? Will it malfunction if I use a i9300 LCD screen and Digitizer with a i747 board? Please tell me whether or not any i9300 screens would work with any other models or are they just for some of the screens?

Sorry for the delay in a reply. You wouldn't think it would make a difference, but I usually get parts for the proper model. Just in case.
