Is there any difference? I was just wondering if I ordered online (and used the coupon code since I am upgrading) if I could return a bad phone to the store? I'm assuming the verizon coupon code can only be used online? Thanks for any info!

The big difference to me is you don't have to wait forever in a store. 
Our local stores are notoriously busy and slow.
Can't speak to a discount code.
You should be able to return a bad phone to a local store. If they give you a hard time, politely speak to a manager.

yes your can return or whatever you would do with an instore purchase....doesn't matter.....if you have a coupon code it may only work online....even if you end up needing help with activation you can just go into a store and get some help....

If you order online and want to return it you can take it back to the store, I have been told this by numerous CSR on the phone and you can always call in and have them note the account and take it to the store. The benefit of that is immediate return of your upgrade status, but you only get 1 exchange to a new phone. Defective phones are another story.
