Difference between the 2018 note 9 charger (preorder) vs others?

Hi guys,

Just want to know if the 2018 (preorder) one - charges at 9W, how it compares with the last year's version? I'm really confused...

So here's the 2018 one that cost $60. It states 9W

Here's the last year's version? not sure - it is only $33!!

So i am not sure if i am missing anything, or is the $33 one just a stand and not a wireless charger? but when i look into the output voltage within specs it says "Output Voltage: 5-9V"

So i am just trying trying to see if there is a substantial spec diff with this one vs last year's.
