Pebble is a kickstarter project. They have two models, Time and Classic, but they're both from the same people.

The pebble watches that have "Kickstarter edition" inscribed into the back were the original watches that were given as "rewards" to those that backed the original pebble Kickstarter crowd funding campaign.

If someone purchased a pebble watch after the Kickstarter campaign (say from Best Buy, Amazon, or even Pebble's own web site), these watches would NOT have the Kickstarter inscription.

Is there any differences in features?

Nope... Functionally they are the same. Just a little bonus inscription on the back for the Kickstarter people.
