Watching different reviews it becomes obvious that there are some subltle differences in UI between the different carrier models.

1. Why is that

2. What differences have you noticed.

For example, it seems on the Verizon model the LG back up options are not in effect as Verizon is pushing us to their back up program.

I have also noted that we have more (on a Verizon model) control over our notification window (volume and brightness rockers)

The one that really surprises me (and saddens me) is the ATT version's camera interface as seen in this review: LG G2: All You Need To Know - YouTube

Any other big differences?

Here are the software differences that I'm aware of (AT&T vs. VZW versions):

- VZW removed the stock web browser and instead went with Chrome
- VZW removed the volume and brightness sliders from the notification window
- VZW removed the LED on/off toggle from the notification window toggle options
- VZW owners cannot set custom notification sounds for individual contacts in the stock contacts App while AT&T can
- AT&T cannot send group text messages via the stock SMS App while VZW can
- VZW removed the LG Backup App

I didn't know there were any differences in the camera App.

Too bad Verizon changed the camera interface for the worse. Also took out a couple of options. Lastly, looks like they took out the microphone on the back near the lens.

And of course there is the big changes with wireless charging built in to Verizon devices.

On Verizon's model, there is no "capture plus" for sending full Web pages to someone else instead of a link. Was a big drawback for me, but kept the phone.

Simple if lg l wanted to get the g2 on every carrier there had to be give n take. I like the way vzw is set up. Not as bad as other models and I like wireless charging. Maybe lg should have added wireless charging in the beginning.

I like the way the Verizon model is set up. What is curious to me is what makes Verizon say to LG...hey take all of the helpful graphics out of the camera app or we not carrying it...
