Differences bwtween G9250 vs G925F vs G925I

I'm planning to get a G6 (probably an Edge) for my wife. She's on an AT&T MVNO, so I want to get an unlocked model, since I'll be paying full price anyway. Just for interest, she's been using a Moto X (2013 & 2014) for the last couple years, and she loves it! But there's one thing she wishes she could do more of, and that is tap-to-pay. Samsung Pay is the reason for going with the S6 (Edge).

I've been doing some research about the differences between the unlocked models, G9250, G925F, and G925I. The amount of bands they support go in order of how I have them listed, decreasing. I'm currently leaning towards the G9250 simply because it supports the most bands. I do know enough to make sure I do not get the Chinese version of the G9250, which does not ship with Google services. I messaged an eBay seller, and confirmed that the G9250 they carry is the Hong Kong version, and comes with Google services.

Do any of these have advantages over the others for using on AT&T? Also, is support/updates something to watch out for? From what I can tell they all support Samsung Pay, which is the most important feature (for us).
