Different Phone Answering Screens

Is anyone else having a problem with different phone answering screens showing up when they receive a call? Most of the time I get a screen where I have to slide the green phone icon up to answer the call but other times I have to push a grey phone button to answer the phone. Any one else having this problem? Any solutions to fix it?

The two screens you're describing are supposed to be that way. The one where you pull up on the phone icon is how you answer from the lock screen (so you don't accidently answer it by pushing a button while unpocketing your device). The other screen is the unlocked answer screen. It's not a bug.

It's implemented that way so you don't pick up calls in your pocket without realizing
