"Different scores"? What are you referring to -- a game?

I'll assume you mean a game but we'll need more information.

What game?

When you say logged in to the same account, do you mean the game has an independent log in, or do you mean the two phones are using the same Google or Google Play account?

Have you tried logging in and out of every session?

Have you reached out to the game developer?

If this is an independently, standalone, game that requires or uses a log in you'll need to reach out to the developer about this issue. If this is a game that you got from the Play Store and uses your Play account it could be that there is a delay between information from your last log in to your current log in. Often times game saves are local and only backup to the server, if you've ever been asked, do you want to use your current data or data from a previous date, you've experienced this breakdown between what is on the device vs what was backed up. I've gotten this message using only one device from games that use Google Play so I can only imagine the confusion using two devices. The only way I could see around this would be to log out and log in for every session. By logging out at the end of each session it may force a backup and by logging in to every session it may force a data retrieval.
