different vibrate settings for different profiles not available?

There are 3 profiles available (sound, vibrate and mute). Are you not able to have vibrate on for notifications on the vibrate profile only and not the sound one. When I have vibrate off, it is off even when it's set to the vibrate profile. When vibrate is turned on, it's on for both the sound and vibrate profile.
