Differentiate forwarded calls

Sometimes I forward my office phone to my N2. Is there a way to differentiate, with ringtones, whether I'm receiving a call that was made to the office vs to my cellphone?

Maybe by using a Google voice number but I think it goes by time of day and not origin. Maybe it can be setup for numbers not in contacts vs contacts on phone? Haven't used it in a while but will check.
