So I played with the Note 10 and noticed this on settings. Anyone know what it is?

Seems like it tracks how long your on your apps and even shows how many notifications from each app you get. There's also a timer for them but in not sure what it does.

maybe to see what your apps are doing and also help those of us with NOT staying up all night messing around on our phones?

This is part of the final build of Android 9. It is very useful if you are spending way too much time on an app and needed control. Also, grey mode is part of final build which turns your screen black and white as per the schedule. Other than limiting, digital well being gives you statistics on amount of time you are spending on an app based on daily, weekly and monthly usage. It's up to the individual to make use of it or not. 🙂

It's Google's own Digital Wellbeing app. I think Samsung's the only other manufacturer to have it on their phones. https://wellbeing.google/

Keep in mind that this app has a feature to turn the screen greyscale, in case it happens and you're wondering what's responsible.
