Dim Wallpaper

I can't find an option or an app; does anyone know how I can dim my wallpaper? I guess I could do it in a picture editor prior to putting it on my Nexus One, but I was hoping I could set my wallpaper, and then somehow dim it so it looks darker. This would help my icons stand out more against a darker backdrop.

I think you'd need to edit the wallpaper.

If you want to dim the wallpaper, you would need to edit the file before you added it as the wallpaper. If you dont want to do it on a computer, you could always try the Photoshop Mobile application.

thanks for the suggestion. I think photoshop mobile will get the job done without needing to get a computer involved.

It will be the easiest, and you will be able to see how it will appear on your device as well, which is good.
