DInc System Update

So, my phone got a new system update (I believe Gingerbread v2.3.4 Software 4.06.605.3) this morning and completely jacked up some of my apps. I tried going back to the Market and downloading the same apps, but it is not working. Did anyone else's phone update this morning and experience the same issues?

if some apps were on your sms card, try removing that and putting it back in, a lot of people have had success with that....others have lots some apps yes, I personally had minor issues, didn't lose anything. This coming from the Twin Cities area

So, this is the deal: The update occured this morning and jacked up most of my apps.

Solution: Before you accept the update BACKUP all files (contacts, sms/mms, video, pictures and apps). Once you are sure the backup was successful THEN accept the update. Once update is complete you may have to "Factory Reset" your phone (I did) which is why you need to backup all files. Once reset is complete you can now move all your files back to your phone.

Pros: New update makes processing and running of my DInce SUPER fast.
Cons: Had to factory reset my phone and then reload all of my apps. Sucked!

However, my phone is now running super fast and processing is amazing!
