Dinc2 GSM settings

is there a way to configure the Dinc2 to use GSM settings? i was not informed that i needed to activate my vodafone sim card while i was in the states. What do i have to do in order to change the settings to enable GSM?

Call Verizon and get the SIM enabled. That is what I had to do. I have a business account, and my SIM number did not show as listed. It showed up after I called.
