Hy guys, I'm new here, and I talk just a little bit english because I'm from Brazil.

How I can clean my camera?

No. I tried to clean but aparently, the problem is inside.
Maybe I would have dismount. But I don't know how to do :-\

I would try this: take a can of compressed air, and take the back cover off the device. Blow air across the top, and see if that helps.
