Dirt under the screen

Hi all,
I love my Note 9, but there are a lot of white dots that look like dirt under the screen. I can see them clearly when the screen is off (black).

Do you have this issue with your note 9?

BTW, I am tempting to trade in for the note 10 if this can't be fixed under Samsung warranty

The only time I see my screen is between glass screen protector changes and haven't noticed that.
