I have read that you can disable apps before they load on Start up. Can anyone tell me how you do that other than rooting?

Go to Application Manager and disable the stock apps that you don't want to use.
Third-party apps that start on start up should have a toggle in the settings.

Stock Sprint GSIII lover!

I was able to disable some of the stock apps, but others such as Amazon, I can't figure it out. Thanks for the help, appreciate it.

Thanks GT. I also noticed that you can't move apps to SD cards now. Is that the case or am I missing something?

Galaxy S three stock job.

Also have to be rooted. Check the XDA Forums for instruction and the app needed to move 2 SD.
