Disable Auto-Speakerphone

Is it possible to disable the automatic speakerphone when in a call? Or to take it off speakerphone during the call without unplugging the phone? If I take it off speakerphone while plugged in, it immediately turns speakerphone back on.

It goes through Bluetooth. You'd have to disable that.
