Disable background apps refresh?

Anyone know how to disable background apps refresh - all at once?

Don't want to do it for each app.

Go to settings then apps then select the app in question. When you have done this click battery and the setting is in there.

Not all apps have it, some are already 'optimised' I'm not convinced.
