Disable delivery and read receipt in email galaxy note 10.1 2014

How do i disable delivery and read receipts in the email appication of Galaxy Note 10.1 2014. it is annoying every time having to confirm after reading some messages.

You can probably change it in the app settings.

Hi,

Ive checked the app setting and there is no where it can be changed. in MS outlook, it is easy to disable even though it takes some tome to find it.
