Disable dock mode?

I never use a dock, and want to use a case that has a magnet.... which triggers dock mode. So... can I turn it off?

I lookd through all the settings / preferences and sure can't find it if the option is there.

Couple different ways to resolve this, but the easiest is: Dock Nothingness

If you are rooted you can use Titanium Backup to freeze the app with on issues. Dock Nothingness works well if you are not rooted also.

You dont need to root your phone. You can also try "Invisible Dock" application in android market.
