Disable HTC Sync Manager Disc Mount on OSX

Hello.
Every time I plug in my HOX (4.1.1) to my mac a disc containing the HTC sync manager install link mounts on my desktop.
How can I disable this? Can I delete the mount disc somewhere on my phone ?

That happens to me too, and I can't use access the phone like I used to when it mounted as though it was an external drive.
It still mounts like an external drive on my Windows 8 laptop, so this is strictly a Mac issue for me.

Download android file transfer for Mac..that's what I use for my Mac
