disable lock screen with pattern lock on

is there a way to disable the lock screen when a pattern lock is set up. Its annoying having to unlock twice. thanks

Wrong, that disables the pattern lock as well, unfortunately.

Like Alik, I have the visible pattern lock screen defined, so the slide lock screen is superfluous and annoying. We want just the slider screen to go away, but keep the visible pattern lock screen.

I need the same solution as well. With the pattern lock set up, the standard lock is totally redundant.

i tried changing the lock screen to pin code screen. It some how don't work. I just keep getting the same stock screen lock. Why can't i change the screen lock and use my Pin code lock????

yes, the Photon lock screen redundancy is poor coding & design issue

also note that using the pattern lock when the phone is cool or cold has been an issue for me

maybe posting this issue on the Moto Photon user forum will get enough response to address it in the next or future update
