Disable multi-taking?

Does anyone know if you can disable multi-tasking on the U11?

you can change settings-> developer options->advanced

background process limits or check don't keep activities? I think those should work

Sorry, meant the ability to run two apps on screen at once. Never liked it on any phone I've had
