Disable notifications by time

[Android Central Question]

Note9, Outlook for business emails (installed in safe folder). I would like to automatically disable notifications from Outlook outside of working hours. How can I do this ? Settings in phone, additional apps ?

Can you set it to only sync during peak hours and sync manually during off-hours that you set? Then it only receives your email off-hours if you open the app. Samsung email does this and I use it for my work outlook email. Not sure the outlook app itself has a setting like that.

In Settings, go to "Notifications".
Click on "Do Not Disturb".
Click "Turn On As Scheduled".
(On my Sprint)

I have mine set for 10:00PM to 7:00AM.
