disable pop-up note activation via screen swipe.

Is there anyway to disable the pop-up note from being activated by the screen swipe on the left side of the screen? It is really aggravating that there is a 1cm x 4cm part of the screen on the left where you cannot use due to the pop-up note app looking for that swipe in order to activate. It prevents some games from working since I cannot click that area of the screen. Also, I find that the "1" and "q" buttons on the virtual keyboard are partially blocked. Only about 1/2 of each of those key will register an input.

Do you mean the multi-window tab on the left of the screen? Try holding the back button down for a bit and see if that clears it. You could also disable it by pulling down the notification bar and tapping it off.
