Disable sender's name from appearing on every text message?

Hello all,

I purchased the Galaxy S Blaze, and am annoyed with the appearance of the threaded text messages - every message from a sender has their name or number followed by a colon (i.e. Sam: Hi!) and every message I send is preceded by "Me:"

How can I disable this? If I'm viewing a conversation with Sam, I know every message on the left is coming from Sam, and I'm that every message on the right is coming from me...
