Disable Startup Sound

I had the startup sounds when the phone starts disabled. For some reason the AT&T sound is heard and I don't remember how I disabled it. Help???

I found this app that silences the sound. I never used an app before. I switched from Apex Launcher to Nova... maybe it was a setting in Apex. Anyways... this app works perfectly. I hope it helps others.
