Android Central Question

I have a Samsung S21. I find these toast notifications annoying and pointless. And sometimes they stick around too long. How do I disable it?

I check by putting my phone down on wireless charger and lifting it up again. I get a system toast message saying something like wireless charging stopped ore removed from wireless charging. No, duh. Do they think we don't know we picked up our phone? And if we didn't, the message will be gone by the time anyone sees it unless permanent. Off needs to be one of the options.

Some brands have a similar toast message when plugging/unplugging. As mentioned before I think you can only disable it with root or maybe some custom ROM. I think that's a bit like killing a mosquito with a bazooka.

I guess there's a limit on how many things the user can switch from the stock settings.
