Disable voice control dialog box after update?

Since the update, every time I open the camera app I get asked to turn on voice control. Is there a way to disable this message without enabling voice control? I don't like to talk to my computers!

Did you disable permission for it?

Which permission? If I go to the Camera app permissions, I could deny access to the microphone, but I think that would disable sound for videos?
