Disabled by Administrator encryption policy or credential storage.

Hi! I've been looking around this forum for people with my problem. And I've run into a few bumps. Firstly, I attempted to clear my credentials however that section is blacked out not allowing me to to do it. Also I don't have an SD card in my phone so it can't be that. Can anybody help me?
