Disabled camera on lock screen

On my lock screen I had somehow managed to disable the camera (the one were you swipe to the left and camera comes up) when I got the phone the camera was working but I don't know what I've done to disable it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Is your phone synced with a corporate exchange such as outlook? If so, lock screen features are disabled due to security.

I just press and hold the camera button for a couple of seconds to launch the app from lock.

I see, so how can I uncorporate it so the features are no longer disabled I've deleted my outlook app.

If it's been on the corporate server I thing you'll need to do a restore.

Just do this,
Launch camera > select camera settings > choose the required option under the quick launch.
