Disabled location services on Android 6.0 can produce bootloop?

I have bought a Whitson navigation car kit on Android 6.0. for my Opel Insignia.When i disabled Google app, because of the error "UI sistem has stopped " , the kit went into bootlopp, so i had to but another motherboard. Can that happen again if i disable location services? Because Gps is draining all the power from the car battery Thanks a lot!
