disabling apps and flashing new roms

If we want to flash a new rom, do we need to re-enable all the vzw bloat we disabled? And what about the frozen apps on titanium?

No. You're going to be rewriting your system (essentially). You don't need to defrost anything unless you're moving from a stock ROM to an official update.

What about the wifi notification hacks and system changes I made those don't need to be changed back to default either?
