Disabling led for stock sms

How do i disable the sms notification led? I have disabled all notifications in the stock app while using gosms but i still get the led flashing until i clear both apps. Drives me nuts always thinking i have a new notification.

settings-display&gestures-notification flash

Damn thanks for the fast reply. That should do it. Im new to ics. I assumed disabling all notifications in the app itself would do it.

No I think that just means you'll have to open the app to see if you missed something. No sound when a text comes in and it won't go into the notification bar.

But your welcome, I'm new to this too, I just been using the one X for a few months now so I'm getting the basics down
