disappointed in DX so far

My screen is giving me all kinds of problems if i tap to zoom it zooms back to the top of the page tapping links don't work sometimes phone locks up then shuts down for no reason cant here the alerts very buggy phone verizon acts like they don't want to replace it.

Gonna give the new one another try and hopefully no bugs! I would like not to have to reset my phone every other day

I got mine on launch day and not a single problem with it. Yours should be fine now; honestly, I always tell my relatives (who are NOT the early adoption types) that they should always wait a month at the least before purchasing a new tech toy so the kinks can be discovered and worked out. We all know that early adopters shouldn't have to finish the beta testing phase, but the reality in this day and age is that we do. It's just the price we pay for early admission, and I would expect you'll love your new problem-free phone when it arrives.

So far so good ... none of those issues and I am totally impressed. I say get a replacement if you can and give it a second go.
