Discoloration on very top corner of phone

I have a Samsung S7. I have had it since October 2016. I have recently noticed a purplish green spot in the top left corner. I have dropped my phone a few times and once in water. Is there a way to get rid of it?

That's screen damage from drops. Same thing happened to my brothers Samsung

Welcome to Android Central! I strongly advise you to back up or sync your important data now, since the screen might be about to fail. That discoloration can spread pretty quickly, and before you know it, you can't access anything on your phone because you won't be able to see anything.
