Not sure why you're getting that message, I just went to the Play Store and installed it without issue. Maybe clear your cache and try again?

Someone had a similar issue with Netflix. His solution was not the most desirable, but it apparently worked.

i had the same problem, but as soon as i signed up for the service i was able to download the app from the play store. not sure if it was related, but it really does seem as if the service is way overloaded at the moment.

Yea I may just wait to see if it pops up before I do the whole reset and everything that seems extreme

I downloaded on my V20 this morning before they were overloaded, but there's another user having this exact same compatibility error on an A50. Not sure why yet.

It wasn't showing on my device either. I went into the Play Store on Chrome, selected Pixel 4XL and installed it from there.

It's a problem on Disney's end.

Working for me now. I think to many people were overloading the service.

When I search for the app on my phone in the play store it doesn't even come up. When I Search for it in the play store in my browser it comes up, but won't install on the Pixel 4XL because it says it's not compatible. Oy.
