Display Battery Usage, GPS fix

so i just got a vibrant, and i noticed that in the battery usage screen my display always show between 75-85% of battery usage. ive set the brightness down to zero. is there anything else i can do to keep it from eating my battery? also, was there ever a fix for the gps issue with this phone? thanks for the help

That percentage is normal seeing as you cant really use your phone without the screen being on. A more important figure to look at is when you click on that bar and it shows you how long the screen has actually been on. That will give you an idea how how much actual use you get out of the phone per charge.

As for the GPS fix, go to the Vibrant section of the XDA forum and do a search. There is a huge thread dedicated to fixing the GPS.
