Just started happening. Gestures set to Touch to Wake, Screen Timeout 15 seconds, but watch goes dim and display will not turn off.

Display shows dim Digital Time. How do I get the watch display to completely turnoff after 15 seconds.

Restarted watch, same stuff. Comments??????

Sounds like your watch may need a factory reset as described HERE. Fortunately, resetting a watch isn't as traumatic as resetting a phone in most cases. 😉

The issue isn't just the flag in settings-->display-->always on screen? Mine will turn on once and a while on it's own. Essentially when I workout the screen sets to always on while I'm recording my run or whatever but then sometimes the watch will crash and restart keeping that setting on.

Somehow my Always On was checked, along with my 15 Timeout. To me, that is a Google Watch bug that allows both of those to be on.

I did not turn it on so I do not know how it got checked.

Didn't mention if the "Always-on screen" is enabled. That's about the only thing I can think of.
