Display finger print nightmare

One issue I’ve noticed is my screen is just a gigantic mess with fingerprint smears everywhere. I don’t recall my last Samsung looking so messy all the time.

Are you using a screen protector of any kind

Not every finger built the same. Some have a natural oil and wet fingers and some completely dry. So the effects of smear can't be avoided.

Legit side by side with my iPhone 11 Pro it has no real observable marks all over it. Makes me wonder if the new screen is more prone to this.

FWIW I also have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and see no difference in fingerprint marks between the two. I'm not using screen protectors on both (hate them).

I have an Iphone 11 as well as a note 20...neither has a screen protector and I have the same fingerprint marks on both

FWIW I also have an iPhone 11 Pro Max and see no difference in fingerprint marks between the two. I'm not using screen protectors on both (hate them).

Actually now that I think about it my iPhone has a Zagg on it. Wonder if it’s got a better fingerprint-less coating on it.

I've got the factory installed screen protector on and while you can see some finger smudges etc when the phone screen is blank, its unnoticeable when in use.

It's possible since it is a new Viticus glass.
