Display in sunlight

[Android Central Question]

I can't see the display in bright sunlight (especially when I am on snow covered mountain) no matter what I do with the setting. I tried to increase the brightness to maximum, knowing that it will drain the battery. I tried to turning on auto brightness and turning it off. Nothing works! I also tried turning off the batter saver mode.

What phone are you using? Some are better than others in direct sunlight, but good visibility in that situation is hard to pull off in general.
