Display Sleep Time

My DT2 resets the display sleep time to 1 minute after I set it to 2 minutes. I have the Attentive display on, but I disabled the Battery saver option that turns the phone off sooner when you aren't looking at it. I also tried disabling the Attentive display, and the phone still reset itself back to 1 minute.

Why can't I set the screen sleep time?

My Moto X Pure keeps setting itself to 30 seconds. I have been turning Attentive Display on and off too...can't tell if that is the culprit though.
